Pilates Fusion

A contemporary approach to Pilates that builds strength, stability, and mobility in equal measure. This class weaves traditional Pilates principles with functional movement and a playful use of props such as hand weights, kettlebells, and resistance bands.

Expect focused, intentional work, sometimes slow and deep, sometimes strong and dynamic — always guided by breath and body awareness. Pilates Fusion is designed to help you feel more connected, capable, and balanced in your everyday movement.
