I've spent enough years being corrected at the barre to have a few opinions about how ballet should be taught. High standards, but also listening to the body, making mistakes and laughing at yourself. Every dancer is different.

Despite my twenty years, I thrive on a grandma lifestyle: crocheting, baking and reading. And I navigate life without drinking coffee.
