Why I teach

Come and explore embodied living with me. Yoga philosophy is experiential: it happens in stillness and in movement, and the theory follows the experience. Any movement, a step or a stretch or a turn, has beauty only to the extent of its origin. Who are you? What do you wish to become?

Education

Travelled India in 2016 where I completed a Hatha Yoga Course with Arhanta and studied Iyengar props and alignment with H.S. Arun, Yoga Praveena.

For the next years, in the Netherlands I continued to study Vinyasa with Daphne Koken, Shiva Rea, Meghan Curry and Simon Park.

I studied Thai Massage in 2020 through Asokananda Sunshine Network in Thailand, with the Luo Tribe.

Then in 2021 during the corona times, while locked in I studied online

Yoga Nidra from Nirlipta tuli and Uma Dinsmore at Yoga Nidra Network.
Yoga Philosophy through YogicStudies with Seth Powell and more.
Afterwards, I dedicated myself to Pilates and got certifications at Smartbody in Amsterdam.

Currently I am diving into Anatomy & Biomechanics with Jenni Rawlings and Jules Mitchell.
