We're in the office Monday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00, and answer within two working days. Message us at the weekend and you'll hear back Monday.
Who answers you
Tribes is run by people you'll see around the studios. Everyone who answers your email also teaches here or is part of the community, so when you write to us you're reaching someone who knows the room you're asking about.
