Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 hours before the class. • Cancellation is not possible within 3 hours before the class; failing to show up for the class will result in being marked as a no-show. • For clients with a Punch Card: no-shows will result in charges to the pass. • For students with a membership and an Unlimited Pass: one no-show per week is allowed free of charge. Any additional late cancellations will incur a fee of €7.50 per cancellation.
