Three ways to rent*
Just you: practising, rehearsing, creating content or filming, with nobody else in the room. That's the solo rate, €5 an hour off the standard price.
With others: a class, a workshop, a group rehearsal, private sessions with clients. That's the standard hourly rate, with a minimum of two hours for a one-off booking.
Every week, all season: a fixed slot on a fixed day, agreed for a term or a school year. These are priced as a whole rather than by the hour and work out considerably cheaper. Tell us what you need and we'll quote.

Good to know
Minimum booking?
One-off bookings are a minimum of two hours. Weekly slots are agreed with you.
How is time counted?
Door open to door locked. Set-up and clearing away count, so allow for them.
Is VAT added?
No. The rate you're quoted is the rate you pay.
Discount for regular rental?
Yes. Fixed weekly or seasonal bookings are priced separately and work out considerably cheaper.
What if I cancel?
Full refund up to 14 days before, half up to 7 days before. Inside a week, the full amount stands.
Can I wear heels?
Not at Doezastraat or downstairs at Floris Versterlaan. Dance heels are fine in the other studios. Never outdoor shoes.
How do I get in?
A locker beside the door holds the key, and we send you the code. Full terms and studio guidelines come to you before your first booking.
