Waitlist Policy

  • If waitlisted, you'll be automatically added to the class up to 3 hours before it starts if spots open up.

  • However, within 3 hours before the class starts, you will not be added automatically. If a spot becomes available during this time, you can move yourself from the waiting list to the participant list by checking availability and rebooking.

Cancellation Policy

 

 

​Client Cancelling Participation in Class

  • ⁠Cancellation can be done free of charge up to 3 hours before the class.

  • Cancellation is not possible within 3 hours before the class; failing to show up for the class will result in being marked as a no-show.

  • For clients with a Punch Card: no-shows will lead to charges to the pass.

  • For students with membership and Unlimited Pass: one no-show per week is allowed free of charge. Any additional late cancellations will incur a fee of €7.50 per cancellation.

Client Cancelling Participation in Courses & Workshops

  • You can cancel your course or workshop registration up to 14 days before the starting date to receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of €7.50.

  • Cancellations within two weeks before the course or during the course will not be refunded, and Tribes reserves the right to charge the full amount.

 

Cancellation by Tribes

  • Tribes may cancel events due to low enrollment. In such cases, registrants will receive a full refund.

  • If an event is postponed, registrants can choose a refund or transfer to the new date.

1 Month Unlimited Pass

  1. After purchasing the 1 Month Unlimited Pass, you can choose your activation date.

  2. The pass is valid for 1 month after activation.

  3. The Unlimited Pass is non-refundable.

Full Unlimited Membership

  1. By signing up for our Full Unlimited membership plan with monthly recurring payments, you agree to a twelve-month contract starting from the activation date.

  2. ⁠Members have the option to cancel their membership after the initial year by sending an email request to discover@yourtribes.nl .

  3. ⁠Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

  4. ⁠Refunds are not provided for cancellations made after the billing cycle has started.

  5. ⁠Any changes to the membership plan or terms will be communicated to members via email or website notifications.

  6. A maximum of 1 late cancellation per week is allowed and free of extra charge. Any additional late cancellations will incur a charge of €7.50 per cancellation.

  7. Tribes reserve the right to adjust membership prices. Any price modifications must be announced by Tribes at least 4 weeks in advance. Should there be a price increase, consumers have the option to terminate the agreement within 4 weeks of the announcement of the adjustment by Tribes.

Light 5 classes/month Membership

  1. By signing up for our Light Unlimited membership plan with monthly recurring payments, you agree to a twelve-month contract starting from the activation date.

  2. ⁠Members have the option to cancel their membership after the initial year by sending an email request to discover@yourtribes.nl .

  3. ⁠Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

  3. Members have the option to cancel their membership after the initial 6 months by sending an email request to discover@yourtribes.nl .

  4. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

  5. ⁠Refunds are not provided for cancellations made after the billing cycle has started.

Terms & Conditions - Studios:


General Guidelines

  1. Clients must at all times observe the guidelines which may be notified to them from time to time and are requested to comply with any reasonable directions which the management of the Studio may issue to ensure the smooth operation of the Studio for the convenience of all Clients.

  2. Clients are required to give written notice to Tribes of any change of address or email.

  3. Tribes reserves the right to refuse admission to the Studio.

  4. Tribes may communicate with the Client by email. By providing an email address to Tribes Dance & Yoga the Client consents to receiving email communications from Tribes, inclding notices pursuant to the Terms and Conditions. The Client also accepts any risk that email may not be a fully secure and confidential means of communication. Tribes will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communicating with a Client in this manner.

 

When using our website

  1. You agree to seek our written permission if you would like to link to our website or copy our content in any way, shape or form. By supplying us with material via digital or hardcopy, you allow us unlimited, royalty free use of its content.

  2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or re-post our content on another site, frame or mirror our site or link to our site without our prior written consent.

  • By participating in any exercise or exercise program, you acknowledge the potential for physical injury. Your involvement in these activities is at your own risk, and you are engaging voluntarily, assuming all risks of injury and releasing Tribes from any claims arising out of negligence.

  • If you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, faintness, or any discomfort, cease exercise immediately and consult a medical professional. You are accountable for your well-being during your workout; exercise within your limits, avoid forcing or straining, and seek appropriate guidance.

  • Prior to any workout or dance, ensure you stretch to warm up and cool down afterward to prevent personal injury. Avoid alcohol, drugs, and heavy meals two hours before exercising. Stay hydrated before, during, and after your dance or yoga practice.

  • While Tribes strives for accuracy on this website, errors may occur. Tribes is not liable for mistakes or omissions on the site.

Retreats - Terms and Conditions

By signing up for our retreats, you voluntarily understand and accept the following terms and conditions as set out below.

Payments:

  • Payments are to be made either in full or in two installments (50% / 50%).

  • The remaining final payment is due 1 month before the retreat.

Refunds/Cancellations:

  • The last day for cancellations is a month prior to the retreat.

  • You will receive a 50% refund of the total trip price. After that, no refund or credit will be given for cancellations.​

 

Registration Requirements:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Transferring your registration to a 3rd party: if you cannot attend the retreat but know someone who can take your place, you can transfer the full amount of your fees paid to the 3rd party without penalty. Both parties must promptly notify us of this transaction, and the third party must complete a registration form.

Agreement:

  • By registering for this program and signing up, you voluntarily understand and accept the following terms and conditions as set out below.

  • I am aware that I am responsible for my own travel insurance.

  • As a participant in this Program, I understand that participating in the retreat requires a certain level of fitness and general physical health. I acknowledge and voluntarily assume my responsibility to assess my level of fitness and general health (including consulting my physician or doctor when appropriate) and the risks of serious injury associated with physical activity of any kind, including yoga, dance, meditation, and breathwork. I confirm that I will retain control and direction over my activities at all times. I voluntarily assume full liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort, as a result of my participation in the various activities of this program.

  • I also agree to inform the instructor of any movements that I cannot safely perform and refrain from any activity or movement that may cause injury. I will communicate any limitations or medical conditions to the teachers and/or assistants that may affect my practice.

  • I, or anyone who could claim on my behalf, my heirs, and legal representatives, hereby voluntarily waive, release, and forever discharge the organizers from any and all liabilities for injuries, damages, or death resulting from my participation in the activities during this program or any activities outside of the program and resort facility. I hold them harmless from all claims brought against them for any injuries or claims as stated above and all related costs and expenses.

  • I agree that the organizers reserve the right to accept or decline a participant's application at any time, make changes to the itinerary for the comfort, convenience, and safety of all participants, and cancel a trip if necessary. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, each participant will receive a full refund of the money paid. The organizers will not be responsible for any other expenses (e.g., no refunds for flights, other accommodations, travel insurance, etc).
