At Tribes, we offer three supportive classes each week to keep you moving, strong, and connected to your body throughout pregnancy and beyond:

Prenatal Yoga: Gentle movement, stretching, and deep relaxation to ease tension and support your well-being during this special time.

Pre & Post Natal Boost: A dynamic movement class to build strength and mobility, improve posture, and gently stretch, perfect for staying fit and energised.

Gyrokinesis®: Flowing, circular movements designed to release tension and improve mobility, helping you feel open and balanced.

Join one or mix them all, these classes are here to support you and your body’s journey.
