When & where to practice
What it's like
A graceful sequence of poses linked to breath, held a little longer and transitioned a little slower than in a standard flow. Rather than pushing you into a more difficult shape, the teacher will draw your attention to what's happening internally, how a movement changes your breathing and how to notice where the effort comes from. Expect to be working, but never rushed. Finish feeling restored rather than wrung out.

Why people practice this?
It teaches you to pay attention. Moving gently enough to register subtle sensations is a skill and the one that makes every other class safer and more impactful.
Nothing here requires strength you don't have or flexibility you haven't built. The accessibility is genuine, not marketing.
People also notice a positive effect on their mood. This mild practice shifts energy without expending it. You will leave better than you arrived, satisfied rather than drained.
Is this for you?
You'll get on with Mild Flow if you:
• Are new to yoga and want somewhere gentle to begin
• Are returning after time away due to illness or injury
• Want movement without intensity
• Have a body that doesn't love fast transitions
Experienced? Don't dismiss this. Moving slowly reveals things that rapid movement misses.
