A contemporary dance piece about the physiological, psychological and social metamorphosis of motherhood. This life-altering transition changes mind, brain and body. A woman becomes two, her sense of self doubles. We investigate questions about motherhood and femininity; interdependence and individual identity; as well as about our relationships with each other and the living world.

I’m looking for female identifying dancers who are (thinking about) (becoming) mothers. Creative dancers with and open mind who are experienced in contemporary dance styles, enjoy improvisation and (co)creating material.
