What it's like

A blend rather than a sequence. Expect yoga shapes you recognise, mobility drills through the joints, and ground-based flowing patterns inspired by Animal Flow.

You'll spend more time on your hands and moving between levels than in most classes. It's playful and a little unusual, and the first one can feel like learning a new language.

No two classes are quite the same, which is deliberate.

Why people practice this?

Variety is the argument. Bodies adapt to whatever you repeat, so a practice that keeps changing shape keeps finding the gaps. And most people have more gaps than they'd guess. Coordination is the standout benefit. Animal Flow-inspired patterns move you in ways yoga never asks for: crawling, reaching across, transitioning through the floor. And it builds usable strength. Not isolated muscles, but the connected kind you need to get off the ground without thinking about it.

Is this for you?

You'll get on with Primal Flow if you:
• Are bored of doing the same shapes
• Want strength and coordination rather than flexibility alone
• Like moving in ways that feel a bit unfamiliar
• Are curious about Animal Flow without committing to it

All levels. Everything scales, and looking slightly ridiculous in your first class is part of it.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be fit?

No. You build the strength by doing the class. Teachers give lighter and heavier options throughout.

Can I come injured?

Often yes, but tell your teacher first so they can adjust.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Every pose is adjusted with props. Flexibility is an outcome, not a requirement.

Do I need experience?

No. Most classes are open to all levels and teachers give options.

What should I wear?

Anything you can move in. Classes are barefoot, and props are provided.

Do I need a mat?

No. Mats and props are provided. Bring your own if you prefer.

How do I book?

yourtribes.nl/schedule or through the Fit by Wix app, code NCL5XG. You'll need a pass or card first.
