Hello!
I teach because I am curious about how people move and how they hold themselves. In a society that often values thinking over feeling, it feels important to recognize the intelligence of the body. I believe there is knowledge in movement and breath if we are willing to pay attention. Movement practices like yoga, dance and gyrokinesis have helped me regulate stress and work with my emotions in a somatic way. Through teaching, I hope to support others in creating more awareness of their bodies and moving in a healthy and embodied way.
