Hello!
Growing up in Italy, Chiara was introduced to yoga at an early age, watching her mother move through pretzel-like postures and experiment with funky breathing techniques. Her curiosity eventually led her to Ashtanga Yoga in 2016, where she deepened her practice under the guidance of a teacher who remains her mentor.
She later expanded her experience with a 200-hour Vinyasa training in Mysore and a 50-hour Rocket Yoga certification, broadening her perspective and approach. These trainings, along with her ongoing practice, have broadened her understanding of yoga both on and off the mat.
Her teaching style is dynamic, inclusive, and rooted in community. She sees yoga as a practice of simply showing up with intention, learning to tune into the body, mind, and breath. Some days, that might mean playing with inversions; other days, it’s about slowing down and finding stillness.
Above all, she strives to create a space where every practitioner feels supported and seen, regardless of whether it’s their first practice or their thousandth. She believes that every person brings something unique to the practice, and she continues to learn just as much from those who step onto the mat as they do from her. In her classes, she encourages connection, growth, and the confidence to explore one’s own practice.
