Move to the music, work up a sweat, and leave feeling alive. This high-energy class blends dynamic choreography with cardio training to build endurance, sharpen coordination, and get your heart pumping, all on the dancefloor.

Routines are easy to follow and designed for all levels. No dance background needed, just a willingness to move and a good playlist to move to.
