Technical Jazz Advanced

A technical jazz class for advanced dancers. We focus on working on our technique while also having fun!
We start this class with some warm up exercises to align the body with isolations, footwork and some stretching and strengthening. The class build towards more complex variations across the floor with jazz-walks, battements, jumps, turns, suspensions and big leaps. We focus on musicality, lines and dynamics. To finish the class we work on a choreography.
