Nature-Inspired Yoga & Elements Exploration
Elemental Yoga weaves together the wisdom of the five elements: earth, water, wood, fire, and air, as a mirror for our inner landscape. Each practice is inspired by the qualities of the elements: grounding like earth, yielding like water, clarifying like wood, expanding like fire.
Through movement, breath, and reflection, we explore how these forces live within us and how they guide the way we root, attune, and rise in life. At the retreat, the elements aren’t just symbols, they become anchors for presence, tools for decision-making, and companions on the journey back to your authentic center.


Somatic Explorations
We journey inward through somatic practices: gentle, mindful movements and embodied awareness techniques that reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom. We move away from a performance-driven mindset and instead explore how to sense deeply, rediscovering the body as our ultimate guide.
This work is about embracing and nurturing presence, finding strength within the softness of yielding. We bend so we do not break, cultivating resilience without hardening, learning to meet life with fluidity, awareness, and grace.
Together, we will explore what it means to move, feel, and rise from a place of deep inner listening. We empower the women’s way of strength, rooted in presence and guided by the wisdom of the body.


Soulful Food for Women’s Health & Hormonal Balance
At this retreat, meals are more than nourishment. Food is a practice of care, connection, and balance. Our menu is designed to support women’s health and hormonal harmony through whole, seasonal, and nutrient-rich foods that ground and replenish.

The retreat takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Bordeaux, France. From Bordeaux it is about 1.5 hours by car or train to the retreat location.

Semi-Private Pod – €795,00
A cozy personal nook within a shared four-person space, designed for privacy and comfort. Includes access to a shared bathroom with multiple showers.
Double Room – €995,00
A spacious two-person room with an en-suite bathroom, offering a balance of comfort and connection.
A deposit of €400 secures your place. The remaining balance is due one month before the retreat begins.

An afternoon workshop (around 1h30) will be offered—sometimes at the start of the afternoon, sometimes later—depending on the flow of the day and the weather. The remaining time is spacious: for rest, journaling, or simply enjoying nature.

The full and final program will be shared with you at the start of the retreat. Expect a balance of structure and spaciousness, with room for rest, reflection, and spontaneity.
