1. This membership is available exclusively to individuals who are currently enrolled in a training at Tribes Academy, or within one year before or after the training they participated in. Eligibility will be verified. If you do not meet this requirement, your membership will be terminated.

2. By enrolling in the 'Tribes Academy Trainees Only' Membership, you commit to a twelve-month contract from the activation date.

3. You have the option to select your activation date before completing your checkout.

4. After the first twelve months, your membership will stop automatically.

5. You can request to pause your membership for circumstances such as pregnancy or injury by emailing discover@yourtribes.nl. Approval and conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. You are allowed a maximum of 4 no-shows per month without incurring charges. Exceeding this limit will result in a €7.50 charge for each additional no-show, which is defined as booking a class but not attending. Please remember that you can cancel your class up to 3 hours before it begins.

7. Any changes to membership terms will be communicated via email or notifications on our website.

8. Tribes reserves the right to adjust membership prices, with changes announced at least 4 weeks in advance. Members may terminate their agreement within 4 weeks of any price increase.
