Heels

Heels dance where technique meets confidence and the music guides every move.

Classes open with a dynamic warm-up focused on core strength and flexibility, then move into choreography that highlights what heels make possible: bold, stylish, expressive movement. The focus is on owning the floor, building showmanship, and making every step feel like yours.

For intermediate and advanced dancers ready to be challenged in how they carry themselves and perform.

Good to know

• Autumn break: October 17 to 25 included. If your teacher organises things differently, they'll let you know.
• End of season show: weekend of December 19 & 20, part of the Tribes 10-year celebration. Participation is optional.
• If you join the show, a small participation fee applies to cover costumes, professional photos and video, and organisational costs. We keep this as low as possible. Your teacher will communicate the amount in advance.
