Afro Vibes

A vibrant, rhythmic class rooted in the music and movement traditions of Africa, open to everyone.

With Loujain, you will explore rhythmic beats and technical movements from various African dance styles, learning to make them your own. The focus is on connection: to the music, to your body, and to the energy in the room. Each class is a space to discover new ways to move, experiment freely, and express yourself without pressure.

For all levels. No prior experience needed, just comfortable clothes, sneakers, and the willingness to feel the rhythm.

Good to know

• Autumn break: October 17 to 25 included. If your teacher organises things differently, they'll let you know.
• End of season show: weekend of December 19 & 20, part of the Tribes 10-year celebration. Participation is optional.
• If you join the show, a small participation fee applies to cover costumes, professional photos and video, and organisational costs. We keep this as low as possible. Your teacher will communicate the amount in advance.
