The Heels Basics Dance Course is a six-week journey into the foundations of dancing in heels. Designed for beginners to heels, it focuses on building confidence step by step, helping you feel strong, grounded & sexy.
Each week, you’ll explore essential techniques such as posture and alignment, weight transfer, balance, and controlled, fluid transitions. You’ll learn how to walk with intention, use your lines, and develop precision through guided drills. There’s also space to connect these elements into simple choreography, so you can start embodying the movement rather than just practicing it.
A big part of the course is learning to trust your body and to radiate your inner confidence.
