Modern dance where technique and storytelling meet, designed for those just starting out.
You will explore fluid transitions, dynamic movement phrases, and ways to bring your own interpretation to the choreography. The focus is on feeling the music, moving with clarity and emotion, and finding a connection between what you feel and how you move.
For complete beginners. No prior dance experience needed, just curiosity and the willingness to explore.
Good to know
• Autumn break: October 17 to 25 included. If your teacher organises things differently, they'll let you know.
• End of season show: weekend of December 19 & 20, part of the Tribes 10-year celebration. Participation is optional.
• If you join the show, a small participation fee applies to cover costumes, professional photos and video, and organisational costs. We keep this as low as possible. Your teacher will communicate the amount in advance.
