Designed for teens who want to take their ballet training more seriously, this class emphasizes technique, control, and artistic expression. Dancers work on more advanced movements and longer sequences, including turns, jumps, and transitions. Deze les is speciaal voor tieners die hun ballettraining naar een hoger niveau willen tillen. De focus ligt op techniek, lichaamsbeheersing en expressie. We werken aan complexere bewegingen en langere combinaties, zoals draaien, sprongen en vloeiende overgangen. Er is veel aandacht voor een goede lichaamshouding, souplesse en het ontwikkelen van een persoonlijke dansstijl.
