For all new mothers — we’ve got you covered.
Postnatal doesn’t mean just the first few weeks after giving birth. While the first six weeks are often seen as the initial postnatal period, your body’s recovery and adaptation continue much longer. Pregnancy and birth have changed your abdominal wall, pelvic floor, posture, breathing patterns and the way your body carries load and rebuilding strength and connection takes time. So, whether you are 6 weeks, 3 months or 9 months postnatal, we've got you covered!
Postnatal Build & Restore is a 6-week dynamic movement course designed to help you reconnect with your body, gradually rebuild strength and stability, improve posture and bring movement back into your life. We focus on breath and power exercises to re-engage the pelvic floor muscles and abdominal wall. For you to safely build strength and feel back at home in your changed body. As well as restoring the upper body connection to create good posture for all those hours of feeding and carrying your baby.
Every week exercises are build to more challenge and power with personal guidance to your needs. During the course you receive 3 videos to continu a compact 20 minute workout at home.
What you get
