Embodied Yoga & Live Music
19:30-21:00 in the Temple Room of the RMO
with Willemieke Verweij & live music by Felix Tan
An evening of movement and sound in a truly unique setting surrounded by stories from long ago, near the temple of the National Museum of Antiquities in Leiden. Between ancient objects and echoes of past civilizations, we invite you into a quiet, embodied journey. This is a practice of slowing down and tuning in, where breath leads, and movement unfolds from within.
Guided by Willemieke, the yoga flow is soft, continuous and intuitive, inviting you to explore sensation rather than shape. As you move, live music by Felix Tan weaves through the space, resonating with the atmosphere of the museum and deepening the experience.
Sound and movement come together in a dialogue, carrying you through a gentle arc from arrival into stillness. To practice here is to step out of the everyday, and into a space where time feels layered, where the past and present meet through body, breath and sound.
