What to expect
An hour of Vinyasa in the Hortus Botanicus, moving through fluid sequences in time with the breath. The pace varies, the setting does half the work, and the trees are older than most of the buildings in Leiden. Bring your own mat or towel.

What you'll take away
The difference between practising indoors and practising in a garden, which is larger than it sounds. Wednesday at five, with the light going gold and the day still yours afterwards.

Teaching yoga is my excuse to keep learning. It lets me master new techniques and evolve alongside my students. Yoga is multidimensional, taking in philosophy, self-development, anatomy, movement and energetics. That richness allows endless exploration, and the exploring is what excites me.
