What to expect
An evening in the National Museum of Antiquities, surrounded by objects thousands of years old. It opens gently, with a short ceremony and guided awareness practices. Ceremonial cacao is offered and entirely optional. From there the music builds and the room moves however it wants to. No steps, no choreography, no one watching.

What you'll take away
The particular relief of moving without being observed or corrected. Most people spend the first twenty minutes self-conscious and the rest of it somewhere else entirely. You need no dance experience, only a willingness to feel a bit awkward before you don't.

I teach yoga because it allows me to share from the heart. I believe our bodies hold deep wisdom, and through yoga, we can reconnect with that inner knowing. I wish for everyone to feel more at home in their bodies and more connected to themselves both on and off the mat. My intention is that students leave class feeling happy, empowered, and relaxed, ready to meet the rest of their day with a little more ease and presence.

From my own journey of discovery into the (cooperation) of body and mind, I came into contact with massage(therapy). As a masseur, my mission is to let people soften, relax, recover and get more in touch with the body and mind. As a masseur, I am convinced that massage can contribute to this awareness process and help to be fully present in your body.
