What to expect
Outdoors at Dankjewellness, in the garden. It starts with breath, to arrive and shift gears out of the week, then moves into a gentle continuous flow that lets the body unwind. Slow, spacious, quietly energising. Bring your own mat or towel.

What you'll take away
The week off your shoulders before the weekend starts. It's the class people describe as feeling like an exhale, and Friday afternoon turns out to be exactly the right time for it.

Come to my classes to explore embodied living together! Yoga philosophy is experiential, happening while we are in stillness and moving. The theory results from experience. A personal experiential reality is deeply intimate but better when shared.
Any movement— a step, stride, stretch, twist or turn has beauty and force only to the extent of its origin. Refine, elevate, and ennoble that inner origin. Who are you? What is your essence? Who and what do you wish to become?

From my own journey of discovery into the (cooperation) of body and mind, I came into contact with massage(therapy). As a masseur, my mission is to let people soften, relax, recover and get more in touch with the body and mind. As a masseur, I am convinced that massage can contribute to this awareness process and help to be fully present in your body.
