What to expect

An hour of myofascial release, mobility work and longer-held stretches. Slower than it sounds and more uncomfortable than it looks, in the useful way. You'll spend time on a ball or a roller, then move through ranges you've been avoiding. No warm-up needed, and nothing to keep up with.

What you'll take away

Less stiffness, more range, and a body that recovers between sessions instead of accumulating. Runners and lifters usually notice first, but you don't need to train hard to get something from it. Plenty of people come simply because they sit at a desk.

True movement can't be separated from the moment it's made, and everything the dancer feels in it. Without embodiment, movement becomes mechanical, an empty shell. I love observing the differences between people and bringing a body to the point where it clicks and moves freely.
