1. By enrolling in the BASE Membership, you commit to a twelve-month contract from the activation date.

2. You have the option to select your activation date before completing your checkout.

3. Every four-week period, you receive four classes, which must be used within that same period. Any unused classes cannot be carried over to the next period. However, you may submit an exceptional request via email to discover@yourtribes.nl with a valid reason. Approval and conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. After the first twelves months, your membership will continue automatically unless you request cancellation via email at discover@yourtribes.nl at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Please note that refunds are not provided for cancellations made after the current billing period.

5. You can request to pause your membership for circumstances such as pregnancy or injury by emailing discover@yourtribes.nl. Approval and conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. A no-show is defined as booking a class but not attending. It will result in a deduction of one class from your four-week allowance of four classes. Please note that you may cancel a class up to three hours before it starts.

7. Any changes to membership terms will be communicated via email or notifications on our website.

8. Tribes reserves the right to adjust membership prices, with changes announced at least 4 weeks in advance. Members may terminate their agreement within 4 weeks of any price increase.
