Using techniques from modern/contemporary dance, you will explore the possibilities of dancing using the floor. Instead of pushing away from the floor, the floor will be your friend as you move slow and fast, soft and fluid. The class builds up with various exercises. From warming up and softening the joints, to strength-building needed to support yourself. Learning to let go, and still be able to catch yourself, you will find your way onto and off the floor. Ending the class with a choreography to combine all elements you go through in class. Come and explore a new way of moving, or dive deeper into your already existing connection with floorwork.
