What to expect
Four Friday evenings, each built around one theme — Week 1 awareness, Week 2 curiosity, Week 3 trust, Week 4 action. Every session opens with guided coaching and structured self-inquiry (svadhyaya) to surface the limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns running quietly in the background, then moves into breath, movement and repetition so the insight lands in the body rather than staying in your head. It blends ancient yoga philosophy, modern psychology and somatic integration, so you don't just understand change — you practise it and begin to live it. You'll leave each week with a coaching takeaway and practices tied to that theme, and there's WhatsApp support during and after the course.

What you'll take away
Greater emotional regulation and nervous-system awareness, a stronger mind-body connection, and real clarity around the patterns that may be holding you back — worked with in a way that isn't just thinking harder. Most people notice their nervous system settling first, then the clarity. It also deepens your relationship with your own yoga practice, which stops being exercise and starts being somewhere you actually go to find things out.
