What to expect

A warm and intimate evening to slow down and come back to yourself. We drink ceremonial cacao, meditate, journal, and close with a sharing circle.

This month's theme is THE SPACE BETWEEN WHO I WAS AND WHO I AM BECOMING. Learning to trust the unknown. An evening for the in-between: when the old no longer fits and the new has not arrived yet.

The sharing circle at the end is the heart of the evening, which is why the group stays intimate: nine places.

What you'll take away

You can expect a feeling of connection, community, and being truly seen. You'll leave with personal reflection and a deeper connection to yourself and what you truly need.

How to book

For our 10-year anniversary, we’re hosting a weekend of beautiful, specially created classes, with a few surprises along the way to thank you for being part of Tribes.

Book as you would any other open class, using your membership, class card or pass. Spots are limited, so book early!

Please be mindful when booking: for this weekend only, we’re using a 12-hour cancellation window. You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your special starts. If you can’t join us, cancelling in time gives someone on the waiting list enough notice to take your place and helps us avoid empty spots. A €7.50 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows.

All classes have a waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive a message and have 60 minutes to claim it.

Explorative • Warm • Intentional

My goal is to invite students to intentionally pause during daily life. Through yoga and movement I want to help people reconnect with their ability to self-regulate.
