I have been going to tribes for about 3 years now and I love it 😃. It offers a range of different yoga classes, dance courses with performance and drop in dance classes in multiple locations. I have made good friends through tribes.

I've been dancing at this studio for a few years now and I have yet to have a negative experience.The atmosphere is relaxed, accepting and free but the dance levels are still challenging and fun. I often find myself inspired by different techniques or new approaches to dance. Besides just dancing, I have learned new mindsets there, that I was able to apply to my daily life.The (dance classes of the) school work with semesters, which makes it extremely convenient for university students or working adults. The 'walk-in' summer classes are a great way of finding and trying out new styles, which you can then try your hand at in the following semester! Overall a great studio with lovely teachers!!

Loved this place! My favorite yoga studio in Leiden (maybe in NL). The interior is down-to-earth. The atmosphere is also really nice here (a mixed of spiritual, modesty and coziness). They offer a different types of yoga and dance as well as special classes and workshops in English. But I always signed up for vinyasa/ morning flow/ yin. Unfortunately never had a chance to join any of the classes here anymore since I moved to Delft.

Discovering this studio has been a blessing. I was new to Holland and feeling homesick and missing my family and friends from Canada. When I discovered this studio I immediately felt a huge connection to the place and teachers.

At Tribes I feel at home. The atmosphere is so welcoming and chill, you’re invited to come as you are. The yoga classes I’ve visited are amazing, varying from a very relaxing yin nidra to a challenging ultimate flow. 100% recommend!

I am very happy that Tribes introduced me to yoga. There is a very nice atmosphere in the studio and the offer is diverse! Unfortunately I moved to another city, otherwise I would definitely stay with Tribes!

This training has really enriched me in every way. Willemieke and Fanny not only have a lot of knowledge and experience, but they also know how to convey this very beautifully. They provide a safe place where you can grow in your process. There is room for interpretation, the lessons and workshops are very educational and very diverse, and all facets have been taken into account. The training has brought me closer to myself and given me many tools and handles to enrich and improve my lessons. I got to know new sides of myself again. The manuals are extensive and very educational. I am extremely grateful to Willemieke and Fanny, my fellow group members, and to myself for this process. So far this is the best yoga training I have taken.

If yoga means to unite, Tribes successfully embodies yoga. The studio is simple and clean and there are many teachers and styles to choose from. Located in the heart of Leiden the lessons are delivered in English so the studio feels welcoming to locals and internationals. It’s easy to find your vibe with Tribes.

Excellent workshop - included everything you are looking for when exploring all about splits. Fanny provides in depth theoretical background and practical tips no matter if you are a beginner or a more advanced ‘student’. All questions are always answered with patience and enthusiasm :) Everyone left with more knowledge and self-confidence to go deeper and practice safely! Thanks!
