Hello!
Nathalie is a behavioural scientist, coach, and mindfulness trainer. After completing her university studies in the social sciences, she spent over twenty years working in education and youth care, supporting people who give a lot of themselves — and sometimes lose sight of their own needs in the process.
Through her understanding that body, emotions, and mind are deeply interconnected, she found her way to mindfulness. Nathalie is now a certified mindfulness trainer and offers mindfulness and mindful parenting programmes.
She is a member of the VMBN and registered with the SMR quality register. In addition, she is a yoga teacher and a facilitator of yoga nidra and EcoNidra.
Nathalie is the founder of Natuurlijk Harmonieus Leven, where she offers trainings and guidance rooted in the belief that real change begins with slowing down, openness, and self-compassion — creating a space where you feel welcome, safe, and truly seen.
