Contemporary Pilates

Modern Pilates is in essence still based on Joseph Pilates’s foundational work, but also embraces more contemporary innovative ideas. In Modern Pilates we let the practice be inspired by physical therapy, mobility work, breathwork and functional training. This modern approach emerged to address the challenges posed by modern lifestyles and incorporates functional movements that mimic everyday actions to enhance overall body functionality.
