Classes offer practical mindfulness experiences through guided meditations in various postures. Suitable for all levels, these sessions aim to introduce or deepen your mindfulness practice. Ideal for those exploring mindfulness or seeking ongoing support, including graduates of programs like MBSR. Join to unwind, rebalance, and foster calmness in a hectic world.

Enjoy 50 minutes of guided practice followed by 10 minutes for questions or personal reflection. Feel free to depart after the guided session ends.
