Cancellation Policy

- ⁠Cancellation can be done free of charge up to 3 hours before the class. - Cancellation is not possible within 3 hours before the class; failing to show up for the class will result in being marked as a no-show. - For clients with a Punch Card: no-shows will lead to charges to the pass. - For students with membership and Unlimited Pass: one no-show per week is allowed free of charge. Any additional late cancellations will incur a fee of €7.50 per cancellation.
