What it's like

Softer and slower than a flow class, blending gentle movement with breathwork, meditation, self-massage and sound.

The emphasis is inward. You'll be invited to notice what you need on the day rather than follow a fixed sequence, and to take the version of each shape that actually serves you.

Expect a warm, unhurried room and no pressure to perform.

Why people practice this?

The room is the reason. A women-only space changes what people feel able to do. There's less performance, more honesty, and a noticeably different quality of attention. The practice works with rhythms rather than against them. Energy isn't the same every week, and a class that acknowledges that is easier to keep showing up to. And it's restorative in a way that isn't only physical. Combining movement with sound and touch reaches something that a standard flow class doesn't quite get to.

Is this for you?

You'll get on with Women's Yoga if you:
• Want a women-only space to practise in
• Are looking for something gentler and more inward
• Feel disconnected from your body and want a way back
• Prefer intuitive practice to structured sequences

All levels, no experience needed. Come as you are, on whatever kind of day you're having.
