What it's like

A full-body flow that transitions smoothly between demanding poses, with peak shapes built towards rather than dropped on you. Alignment is taken seriously here, the class pushes, but it won't push you into something unsafe. Every hard pose has a scaled version and the teacher will make sure you know it. Expect to be challenged, expect to sweat, and expect to sit one or two things out. That's normal and nobody minds.

Why people practice this?

Progress is the point. This is where people finally get the arm balance, the deeper backbend, the inversion they've been circling for a year. Strength and flexibility are trained together rather than separately, which is how the body actually uses them, flexibility you can't control isn't much use on its own. And there's the confidence that comes from doing something you didn't think you could. That tends to leave the mat with you.

Is this for you?

You'll get on with Ultimate Flow if you:
• Have a solid practice and want to be stretched further
• Are working towards a specific pose
• Like the physical challenge as much as the calm
• Want to know where your current limit actually is

Brand new to yoga? Give this one a few months. Start with Vinyasa Flow and come here when the shapes feel familiar.

Questions people ask

What does 'some experience' mean?

You know the basics and can follow a sequence without every cue explained. Not advanced, just not brand new.

Do I need to be fit?

No. You build the strength by doing the class. Teachers give lighter and heavier options throughout.

Can I come injured?

Often yes, but tell your teacher first so they can adjust.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Every pose is adjusted with props. Flexibility is an outcome, not a requirement.

What should I wear?

Anything you can move in. Classes are barefoot, and props are provided.

Do I need a mat?

No. Mats and props are provided. Bring your own if you prefer.

How do I book?

Website or the Fit by Wix app, code NCL5XG. You'll need a pass or card first.
