What it's like
A flowing vinyasa sequence with core awareness threaded through every shape. You won't spend the hour doing crunches. You'll be shown how to find and use the deep core inside poses you already know. Expect familiar flow structure with a different emphasis, plus some dedicated core work on the floor. It's suitable for all levels because the work is internal. Two people in the same pose can both be at their edge.

Why people practice this?
Stability is the real benefit. A core that engages properly makes balances steadier, backbends safer and standing poses less effortful. People notice the difference in their other classes first. It also protects the lower back. Most back complaints in yoga come from a middle that isn't holding, and this class trains exactly that. And it changes how you move outside the studio: lifting, carrying, sitting for hours. The core is the part of you that's always working, whether you've trained it or not.
Is this for you?
You'll get on with Core Strength Vinyasa if you:
• Wobble in balances and want to know why
• Have a lower back that grumbles
• Want strength work that doesn't feel like a gym
• Are building towards arm balances or inversions All levels genuinely applies here, the intensity is set by how deeply you engage, not by how hard the pose looks.

Questions people ask
Do I need to be fit?
No. You build the strength by doing the class. Teachers give lighter and heavier options throughout.
Can I come injured?
Often yes, but tell your teacher first so they can adjust.
Do I need to be flexible?
No. Every pose is adjusted with props. Flexibility is an outcome, not a requirement.
Do I need experience?
No. Most classes are open to all levels and teachers give options.
What should I wear?
Anything you can move in. Classes are barefoot, and props are provided.
Do I need a mat?

How do I book?
Website or the Fit by Wix app, code NCL5XG. You'll need a pass or card first.
