This running class includes technique drills, strengthening and stretching exercises, and—most importantly—running workouts.
It is designed for runners who want to make running a regular part of their weekly sports routine, and who are looking to complement other physical activities they already practice.
Each session will consist of approximately 40–50 minutes of running, combined with about 30 minutes of drills and strength-focused exercises.
