Each session begins with a thorough warm-up that includes strength-building exercises to prepare your body. Then, we’ll dive into technical work—focusing on coordination, isolations, and musicality.

Get ready to really move as we travel across the floor with a variety of classic jazz combinations—walks, jumps, turns, and more—to sharpen your awareness of body placement in space. These sequences will progressively increase in complexity, incorporating diverse directions and changing tempos.

We finish every class with a lively, performance-driven choreography that will let you showcase your growth, confidence, and flair.
