8-week Mindfulness Programme

About the training

Find more calm in your body, space in your mind, and balance in your life by learning to relate differently to stress, busyness, and overthinking.

In this 8-week mindfulness training, you will learn how to bring more awareness and ease into your daily life. Through guided exercises, you will learn to recognise thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations — and develop a new, more supportive way of relating to them.

Mindfulness helps you:
- become more aware of stress and tension
- relate differently to (over)thinking
- listen more clearly to what you need
- respond more consciously instead of reacting automatically
- experience more calm and balance in your life

The training consists of eight weekly sessions of approximately 2.5 hours, plus a silent half-day retreat. Each session includes a combination of practice, theory, and group reflection. The programme is practical, gradually built up, and scientifically grounded. No prior experience is needed, everyone who wishes to cultivate more calm, awareness, and balance is welcome.

Recognising patterns and what may be holding you back

Exploring boundaries through mindful movement and breath

Week 4
Understanding stress and how it shows up in body and mind

Week 5
Applying mindfulness in challenging or stressful moments

Week 6
Working with thoughts and mental patterns

Silent afternoon
A dedicated moment for yourself to deepen the practice in stillness, with guidance

Week 7
Bringing mindfulness into work, family life, and daily routines

Week 8
Reflection and integrating mindfulness sustainably into your life

This programme is based on Western scientific research and focuses on practical skills you can immediately apply in your everyday life, without any religious or spiritual framework. Commitment to attending sessions and daily home practice (20–40 minutes) is expected

Intake (introductory conversation)
Before the training starts, you will have a short online intake with Nathalie (free of charge).
This is a chance to get to know each other, align expectations, and ensure the training is a good fit for you.

Group size
Groups are intentionally small (4–8 participants) to ensure personal attention and a safe learning environment.

Includes an introductory session, a silent half-day, workbook, and audio materials for home practice.
Because Nathalie is registered as a Category 1 trainer with the VMBN and as an advanced trainer with the quality register SMR, your insurance may (partially) cover the training. Always check this with your insurer in advance. Payment is always your own responsibility; if eligible, you can submit a claim to your insurer afterwards.
