Each day, we’ll explore dance as a pathway to inner harmony, blending guided movement sessions with moments of stillness. Start your mornings with embodiment practices, enjoy sunlit hikes, and immerse yourself in a unique dance project under the open sky. These sessions will help you feel more grounded, alive, and connected. During your free time, unwind in the sauna, soak up the sunshine, and nourish yourself with wholesome meals inspired by the season.

Leiden to Paris: Trains from Leiden to Paris typically take around 3.5 to 4 hours.
Paris to Morcenx: From Paris, take a TGV or Intercités train to Bordeaux, followed by a regional train to Morcenx. The total journey from Paris to Morcenx is approximately 6 to 7 hours.
✈️ By Flight and Train
Leiden to Bordeaux: Flights from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport are available, with a flight duration of 1.5 to 2 hours.
Bordeaux to Morcenx: From Bordeaux, take a train or bus to Morcenx, which takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can rent a car for the journey.
