In a yoga class we move and breathe together. When we chant we add an element of
expression – giving voice to words with meaning to cultivate chosen attitudes and ways of
being. In this season of giving and receiving, bringing light into the darkness, we’ll
incorporate the ancient and living practice of chanting mantra into our movement and
stillness. We’ll give voice to mantras inviting the light and receive the sound of them back
into ourselves. No prior experience with mantra is required but openness to experiencing
this way of practicing together is a great benefit. Join us if this calls to you.
