During this 90-minute conscious breathwork session, you’re invited into a gentle, grounding practice designed to calm the nervous system and create space in both body and mind.
Through soft, intentional breathing, we’ll slowly release tension, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with the breath as a simple, powerful anchor in daily life. The session unfolds step by step, offering time to slow down, let go, and tune in—no experience needed, just curiosity and presence.
The session is guided by Lieke Tegels (@liek.tegel), a warm and attentive breathwork coach and teacher. Lieke is known for creating a safe, supportive atmosphere where you can explore your breath and inner state at your own pace. She works with both groups and individuals, always with care, clarity, and ease.
