In this 3 part workshop, you will:
1. Understand Ayurveda: learn what Ayurveda is and discover the main nutritional & lifestyle guidelines that promote balance and wellbeing.

My purpose is to teach easy and practical ways to feel good through movement and healthy eating. Having explored countless forms of movement and diets, I am honored to teach Yoga and Essentrics for movement, as well as Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking.
