What to expect
Traditional pranayama, then meditation and stillness. You're guided the whole way through, mostly sitting or lying down, and nothing asks for flexibility or effort. The breathing is structured rather than free-form, so there's always something specific to do. An hour, in the evening, with the lights low.

What you'll take away
A nervous system that settles faster, and a set of tools you can use on a Tuesday afternoon when you need them. Most people sleep better in the first few weeks. The clearer head comes later and is harder to describe, but it's the reason people keep coming.

Consistent • Technical • Precise
I'm passionate about teaching the vast subject of yoga and watching students progress week by week. The key is consistency and the courage to repeat sequences and poses, which is where real integration happens. My motto: to keep learning is to thrive. Yoga offers enough to last a lifetime.
